SELLING

There are three participants in any home sale - the seller, the buyer, and the market.

There are 4 things that sell a home. (1)  Marketing, (2) Access, (3) How well it shows, and (4) Price. I'll make sure all are aligned for your home sale.

My entire career has been spent in marketing. Your home will be placed in front of prospective buyers on all online real estate platforms, and promoted heavily on social media. From my website, prospective buyers can get information immediately about your property.  They can access my site 24 hours a day and view your property listing.  Through the Paragon Collaboration Center, your listing will be transmitted by email to every prospective buyer who has set up an automated home search with their realtor, where your home meets their search parameters.

Whenever you list your property with me, I'll add your property online so other agents can immediately access your property information.  Your listing will also be broadcast to every Stilhavn agent across BC, who frequently have clients looking to make a move to the Sunshine Coast.

Pricing Your Home

I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers.  The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your region.  You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value.
